This is a Nomic deck, created as a self-referential competitive game. It is not intended to be replayable.
To play Dvorak: Draw five cards each and leave the rest as a draw pile. On your turn, draw a card from the draw pile and play one Thing and/or one Action. (See the full rules.)

Play only if you control Mr. Hershey. Discard any number of cards; draw a card for each card discarded.
WTF am I doing?
When this card is played you have no clue what is going on. Target player must chose to either skip their next turn, or discard a card.
Trompe Le Monde
Action: Draw a card. Action: target player discards a card; place Trompe Le Monde on top of the draw pile.

Action - Hershey Quote
Play only if you control Mr. Hershey. Target player discards their entire hand.
Rabid Samurai
Action: Destroy Rabid Samurai, gain control of target thing.

Search the draw pile for Mr. Hershey. Place him in your hand. Shuffle the draw pile.
Mr. Zelenack
Action: Destroy Mr. Zelenack; destroy Mr. Hershey.
Stevie DeTurk
Action: Target Player skips their next turn. Destroy all other things you control. Action: Destroy Stevie DeTurk; Destroy Filmclub.
Target player may not draw a card or play an action on their next turn.
I think I would know.
Play when an action targets you. Cancel that action, skip your next turn. If you control a Billy return I think I would know to your hand.
Billy, Harbringer of the Apocalypse
Action: Destroy all things in play; laugh maniacally.
Action: Destroy Scaggs to cancel an action.
Film Club
Action: Use only if another play controls Mr. Hershey. Mr. Hershey is transferred to your hand.
Billy, Pseudophilosopher
Action: Target Player shows you their hand. You may choose one Hershey Quote for them to discard.
Mr. Hershey
Action: Target player discards a card. Give them control of Mr. Hershey.
The turn order is reversed when Catch-22 is played, it reverts to normal when catch-22 leaves play.
It's a Catch-22!
