From Dvorak - A Blank-Card Game
Jump to: navigation, search

This is an attempt to coordinate some online (or even offline) games of Dvorak - if you want to drum up some players to test out a new deck or play a creative game from scratch, just add a date, a time (including timezone) and details. Maybe we'll be able to get some regular games going.

Games on the Dvorak MUSH

I'd like to try out the Infinite Dvorak/Superpower subset some night. Time unspecified. -Bucky 18:04, 8 September 2007 (BST)

I'm up for almost any deck with few rules unless I already know how to play them. I already know how to play Technopoly, War, Geocaching, and Cheaters Never Win. Almost any time would be acceptable. -Gimlear 15:17, 13 January 2008 (CST)

I'll be on a good portion of almost any day, as I'm developing a deck of my own. If anyone wanted to stop in for a game, that'd be great! I really could care less what deck, unless you cared to test mine out. -Olothontor 16:16, 14 February 2008 (CST)

I fancy some Infinite Dvorak, though any deck would be fine. --Pongo 09:12, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

I found gimlear and let him know I'd like to play technopoly or something else... But just making sure... --gimanator I can't figure out the server time! arrgh!

Yes, any games currently would be nice. Since the bulletin board broke, it's hard to find anybody.Gimanator 22:59, 12 June 2008 (BST)

I'm available most of the summer. Just give me a time and I'll see if it works. Best times: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm U.S. central time (GMT -5:00). Post on my bulletin board as needed. --Atticus 03:58, 13 June 2008 (BST)

I'll probably be on the MUSH 10:30-18:30 GMT most days for the upcoming week. I might not be active, but it's worth a shot at least. Pongo 11:03, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

I wanna test out my new Halo: Starside deck. Any time after 8:00 PM GMT would be good. Or, if you wanna play something else like Technopoly, I'm up for that too.--Xahn Borealis 08:55, 6 November 2008 (UTC)

Hey, I'd test out your Halo: Starside deck it looks very interesting. Also i'd be up for a good game of Technopoly. Also maybe you could help me playtest my Utopia Deck. --Trekkie1094 22:57, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
Sounds good. When?--Xahn Borealis 11:21, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
I'm available anytime from 20:00 to 24:00 GMT --Trekkie1094 20:52, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
Then, let's do this. I'm free 21:00 onwards, GMT.--Xahn Borealis 22:39, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
Saw you on the MUSH, Trekkie. You did nothing for five minutes and disconnected. Curious.--Xahn Borealis 22:22, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
Must of gone idle. My computer crashed for the last couple of days, but I fixed it. We can do it today, Maybe? --Trekkie1094 16:36, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
Ready and waiting.--Xahn Borealis 21:03, 15 November 2008 (UTC)

Yeah! Great! now that I'm back I just missed you! Hope to catch you again. (My terminal crashed and I couldn't connect for a while.) Gimanator 00:03, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

That is, only if more people decide to USE the MUSH. Please? --Gimanator 16:12, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Or even organise games on this page!!!Leutha 21:03, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Well, I never really got the MUSH, but if some people here were up to a Dvorak game via MUSH I would totally be in it! We could also use skype to talk or something.. Just an idea. Would anybody here play? I would love to try the Infinite Dvorak Deck. lol --NinjaWookiee 07:58, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

I'm willing to try any deck using the MUSH, if anybody is interested... --Ltn Koen 16:28, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

Offline games

Okay, time to put this section to good use. The Infinite Dvorak deck will be coming up on 2,500 cards within a couple of months, and in commemoration of this milestone, I propose a celebratory game of Infinite Dvorak. All 2,500 cards. I invite anybody in the San Francisco Bay Area who wants to see this happen to contact me so we can figure out how it's going to work. Binarius 03:26, 8 September 2008 (BST)

Well, 2,500 came and went pretty quickly, but the offer still stands as we approach the 3,000 mark. Or perhaps if someone were willing to make plans for 4,000, which shouldn't be too far ahead either... Binarius 23:22, 14 October 2008 (BST)
That's such a great idea. Unfortunately I live on the other side of the planet. But if you do this, consider making a transcript of the game. It could be interesting! - Zt, 16:17, 29 October 2008
